This is a request for people with small children. It is your responsibility to watch them! Yesterday I was in the Victoria Homesense. A child was playing on a bench which was against a large console sitting on a platform. She knocked the console off the platform which landed on my foot. Today my foot is black and blue and swollen. She wasn't watching her child so I'm not even sure she saw what happened. If you want your children to play then take them to a park!! Thank you to the clerk who came to help me and get ice for my foot. I love shopping at this location. It is a beautiful store.

Staff were very helpful with getting a large area rug to my car. Great return policy which really helps when you are decorating your home.

Always loved this place and been a customer for years. But I went to the shop today and an old blonde female cashier was treating me differently so obviously. She greeted the customers before me and was very friendly to them, when it was my turn, she didn’t even say hi or ask for my TJX card or look at me, but just said, how would you like to pay? After I paid she gave my receipt without saying a word and gave me a face with no smile. I was okay until she put back her smile face and greeted the customers behind me after 2seconds…I wonder what her problem is? Is it because I was Asian or what? It feels really bad and I have never been treated like this in this store before. Unpleasant experience!!

Always a great store for bedding. Always my go-to place for that and kitchenware. I don’t think I’ve ever walked out without buying something. Prices are always good. Usually have a line-up to pay though.
