Love this store, I get a ton of compliments on my shoes and where I got them from! The owner and staff are always a delight. I purchased a new pair of shoes back in April that I wore a few times however they had some sort of air pocket that made a weird noise on one side while walking. I went last week to show/discuss this with them, they took a video and got back to me promptly the next day to offer a full refund which I was so impressed by since it was way past the standard store return policy. They stand by the quality of shoes that they sell and are locally owned so I highly recommend them!

I bought a pair of Jim Rickey leather Chelsea boots here last month. They started pulling apart at the seams within a week of wear and after five weeks part of the elastic fabric had come totally out of the seam on one boot and was starting to go on the other boot. I took them in with my receipt hoping for a refund because the quality of the shoes was horrendous and I only received a store credit because I bought them on sale and I didn’t bring them in as soon as they started falling apart I think was her reason. Sorry but definitely not going to shop here again with shoes of this quality so the store credit does not help the situation. Big waste of money.

I recently bought a pair of shoes here and I really liked the quality of these shoes, also despite the fact that I do not speak English very well yet, they understood me and I am very pleased with the service in this store. I'm going to come back soon for another pair of shoes. Thank you.

I love this shoe store. The staff and owner are so helpful with a beautifully curated selection. I have tricky feet but I have been able to find shoes here year after year. I’ll also just say how nice the environment is inside. It’s not overwhelming, it’s a pleasure to be in there. Thank you again for the lovely service.

I had an awesome experience ordering shoes online! I was having a hard time finding the perfect heel for my wedding, but loved that they had a wide range of Wonders shoes (so comfortable!). The staff were lovely and helpful when I needed to switch the shoe colour I picked. Will definitely visit if I’m ever in the area!

Im pretty disappointed. I walk by the store all the time before work. I decided to go inside to look for shoes. The sales girl with a scarf pony tail doesn’t even acknowledge me or say hi. I’m not going back. Terrible.

Of Victoria’s many shoe stores this is my fav. I’ve been shopping here for years. Always quality, always helpful, you can find something gorgeous for a reasonable price…. great locally made earring selection too!

Head Over Heels is my favourite shoe store! The staff is friendly, helpful & very knowledgeable. The stock is excellent, a carefully chosen & varied selection of shoes ranging from sneakers & sandals to dressy heels & boots. In addition to shoes they carry a lovely array of socks, jewelry, scarves, purses & other accessories making it a great place to find gifts or a treat for yourself!
