Brought my son there. Had a couple things to try on. Was 10 mins to close but they had already closed the fitting rooms. Strange system imo. Went to JD at Mayfair and they encouraged us to try things on after they closed while still finding sizes for us. Incredible differences in shopping experiences.

Don’t trust the web page, they say an item is in the store and good luck finding it. Why? Because it’s not there! Also phoned the 1 888 number to find out stat holiday hours and they told me 10am when it was 11 am. I wasn’t happy.

I like shopping in H&M. They always have good stuff for everyone, from everyday jeans to special dress. And they gave an extra discount for downloading their app. Thank you.

I have gained a lot of weight in the past year and have had a lot of trouble finding clothes that not only fit but look good, too. I saw some items on the website that I was interested in and your staff were extremely helpful in locating these items and making me feel comfortable and welcomed. Thank you so much. I now have 3 beautiful dresses to wear this summer and can look forward to clothes shopping again.

Will not support a business that gives its disabled changing room to able bodied customers that do not want to walk farther to try on clothing. This, I can overlook once but it happened twice while I was changing on clothing. The real issue is the manager who was in charge of the changing room and that I spoke to. She allowed it, then tried to make me feel that me being different was an issue. I am ok with me and being a lower leg amputee. If you cannot handle it, you need job training.
