I dealt with Nick from Frontrunners back on July 18, 2024 regarding buying a pair of men's On Cloud X3 cross trainers which were next to impossible to find anywhere else. From beginning to end this was a seamless and excellent experience. Fantastic customer service in a world where we really don't see much of that anymore. Thank you so much!

best shop around! bought my last couple pairs of running shoes here, and both times the employee's in the store rocked it. They take their time with customers so that you can leave the store with the right shoes on your feet! Thank you again Nick for all of your help.

Customer service like you’ve never experienced anymore. I was trying to order these Hoka shoes from both the Canadian and U.S. Hoka websites and multiple times my order was cancelled, with an email that said there were problems with my credit card payments. I checked with my credit card company and there were no issues. When I switched to the Canadian website it also showed the size and colour was available and I ordered them, to once again be cancelled this time with a stock issue. I had to leave for Europe within a week and I found the same pair at Frontrunners in the Victoria location and I called them to ask if I could pay for expedited shipping to get the shoes to me on time for my trip. The store manager that day assured me that they already offer expedited shipping for free and said it will arrive within 3 days, and personally processed the shipment and walked it over to the post office. I received a tracking number within minutes of putting my order in and I received it exactly on the day the manager said it would arrived. These people are simply amazing and this type of customer service is a lost art. I can’t spread the good word on them enough!! Thank you Frontrunners!! You saved my feet for Europe!

Shoutout Megan (Meghan?) for assisting me in getting a pair of shoes that fit me properly. Found out I was wearing the wrong size for the last little while which was eye opening. 10/10 would recommend to a friend get shoes here.

The runners I purchased are perfect. Great fit light weight. Great selection. Store has a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately customer service was awful. I was ignored completely. I stood awkwardly looking at the wall of shoes for the one I narrowed down to online.. ..there were 2-3 staff no one even acknowledged me or said be with you when done helping others
I even walked out & my bf who highly recommended the place encouraged me to go back in. So I did & was ignored a 2nd time. He came in & finally after walking up to the cashier to ASK for help like other reviews my bf raved about help with measurements etc for the right fit ...I was lucky to get a pair of shoes to try on!!

Deanna's approach was thorough and professional. She began with a comprehensive assessment, taking measurements of my feet, checking the width, and reviewing my ankles to ensure the perfect fit. Best experience getting new running shoes! David did a full gait analysis and knew exactly what I needed. He put so much care into finding me the right shoes and his amount of knowledge was really impressive. Overall a very pleasant experience :)
