They were very helpful when I first came in to the store, I bought a pair of sandals. The size was too large however, and it caused a rip in the seam of the top fabric which is very visible and very integral to the overall structure of the shoe.
I went in for some help asking if I could have it replaced or refunded because I haven’t purchased it for too long, they promised they would help me and contact me about it when they get a response from the supplier but never did. It was very expensive and lasted only 2 weeks of wear.
I’m very upset about this, I tried to call and contact them via email as we discussed but have been left ignored until now.

I bought a pair of shoes and was encouraged to buy them because they have 10 days exchange policy at the purchase. Unfortunately the size was a bit too small so I went back to the store for an exchange though they didn’t have my size in stock and they said they can’t even order for me. The person who helped me was super rude and said it was my fault that I didn’t check if there was another size available when I bought them in the first place. Understand their policy the way of delivering it was obnoxious and offering alternatives is something that’s expected in retail. This lady was asking other staff a bunch of questions I assumed she’s new. Worst customer service.

Horrible customer service , overpriced an way to picky with customers ,few yrs back profiled a elderly native lady . For picking up a shoe to look at it, but three other ladies did same even tried shoes on , but the native lady couldn't even touch the shoes . Will never stop here horrible staff .

Excellent shopping experience! The shoes I ordered (Dansko Taytum) are exactly as advertised and very comfortable. Came to Alberta in just a few days - I will be back!

First time buying online from this store because 1) I wanted to support local Canadian businesses and 2) They were selling these boots with a specific style that I really loved at a reasonable price. Shipment was smooth (it didn't take too long for the boots to get to Montreal!) and the boots were in perfect condition and looked exactly as online. I really appreciate the personal touch they add to their packaging with a thank you note for shopping local, it's very nice. I would definitely shop again!

As a Victoria resident, I try and support small & local shops whenever I have the opportunity to. With that, I also fully understand local businesses not offering full refunds to a customer. However that doesn’t make it any less disappointing for me as consumer when I purchased a pair of shoes two days ago (I would like to point out my initial experience there was pleasant in terms of customer service) and was told they don’t have the correct size & will not be getting the size I need in their shipment again but I still would be unable to get my money back.As a retail worker myself, I would ensure if it’s the business at fault for not having the proper item I would make an exception to offer a full refund so the customer can leave happy and go buy the shoes they need elsewhere. Overall, it’s a cute shop and would have loved to keep supporting it but don’t know if I will end up going back due to the disappointing experience I had.

While they didn't have the shoes I was looking for, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful to the point of directing me to another store that might be a better fit. That dedication and selflessness alone earns them a 4* review!

I have worked in retail and love to support independent business, but I will never set FOOT in FOOTLOOSE again. I was so disappointed with this store; their policies and in particular staff apathy.Given a gift of glerups, in the wrong size. They didn't have my size and would not have them until maybe next fall. No refund to the gift giver. A gift card for me.I didn't have time to try anything on at the time but when I did return was told there was a limit on how many pairs of shoes I could try on!!!! Seriously!! The store was not busy. The staff were passive aggressive and didn't seem to see me as a customer given they already had the money. What a horrible feeling to have to try to find something so that I would not have to come back again.
