Flavour Upstairs, is fine, no complaints about them. However, the downstairs is horrendous. I have gone in many times, and each time I have to leave before even browsing their whole store because the staff is so horrible. I have overheard many loud conversations from staff, disrespecting their customers. I witnessed a young woman yell at a small group of teens to "leave the store now if you aren't going to spend your money", when the kids JUST entered the store and hadn't even gotten past the register yet. They were small group of quiet, respectful teens, and they were yelled at for what? After that, the staff member who kicked them out continued to complain about them and say nasty things about them and other customers to another staff member who encouraged her by saying, "No that is so hot to put your foot down, like". No, its not "hot", its bullying. I have also have never had a staff member; welcome me, ask me if I'm finding things okay, nor even make eye contact with me! It's very clear the young adults are at this job because they think they can just slack off and bully clients. It's horrible. I did once, however, have a staff member glare and roll her eyes at me when I had to go and ask for a changing room... as I was ignored for more than 5 minutes while they talked about inappropriate things. Don't waste your money here.

I have never written a review before today but I am now motivated to do so because I have NEVER been treated so rudely. (Sunday July 16th, 2023 - 5:30 pm) The staff (with the exception of the new employee ) practically threw us out of the store. At two minutes to 6:00 (with one of our party still in the dressing room) the rudest of all told us that she doesn't get paid after 6:00 and we needed to leave. I overheard her saying she was going to a party so I don't think the lack of pay for three additional minutes was the complete motivation. She thought I didn't see her when she rolled her eyes at me and another employee started laughing. Their supercilious and ill-mannered behavior was quite frankly beyond comprehension.

Super cute store with a great variety of clothing but unfortunately the man at the till who put through my purchase gave very unfriendly/cold customer service which just felt super awkward. Other than that it is a lovely place full of cool pieces:))

don’t sell your clothes here if you actually want good money back, even if you give them good quality stuff they’ll pick the ‘quirky’ and ugliest looking clothes and give you back the amount of money they’ll charge for just one of the items in their store. rip off & not worth it.

I used to avoid this store because they carry a variety of brands and the sizing can be a bit of a nightmare if you're a curvier person like me.The staff that are at this location now are very laid-back and approachable people. I really enjoyed my last visit and bought a gift for a friends birthday, and was pleasantly surprised when the sales associate helped me wrap the earrings and ensure it was "gift ready".If you like cute clothes in various styles, definitely check this place out!

Flavour downstairs has some good selection and reasonable prices. Flavour upstairs (vintage) is an absolute miss. It seems as though their entire collection is based on an 80 year old lady named Geraldine. A lot of the staff seem to embody that, with a general vibe of 'get off my lawn' instead of welcoming customers in. Many items are priced more expensive than their retail price... I'd say stick to downstairs storefront or avoid altogether.

They've done a great job of curating their clothing and the prices are all fair. Really funky clothing and great customer service. I had a really good experience with a girl named Lily who made our day! She was very kind and went out of her way to help us out.

Love both upstairs and downstairs. Got the most wonderful dress from here and although it wasn't cheap, it was definitely worth it! They always have such a unique selection of clothes that I've never seen anywhere else :)

Used to be be better quality for the price point. It’s also too bad the staff make the atmosphere feel cold & unwelcoming. This used to be a favourite, those days are over.

I love the clothing! Its a bit on the pricier side but the quality is generally worth it! Its also in a really cute building downtown Victoria. You cant miss it! Been shopping here for over ten years now :)
