Hadn’t had a haircut in 3 months sometimes hairdressers can leave a, “not this guy…” look of disgust lol but not this place! the stylist I had, Ishik was super but a stylist named Joanne was very rude and her comments towards me were very inappropriateOnly after I asked the stylist working on me what that stylist's name was so I could write a review on her did she come over and apologize -very unprofessional

$25 for "shave my head" is steep, but now I know.Getting asked if I wanted to leave a tip after I already declined the 18% (and up) options on the machine was surprising.I had change in my pocket, ready to go, but it felt very awkward to be asked before I even had a chance to get it out..Socially, that's not something I've had happen before.

Booked online. When I arrived was told first come first serve.Why book online then?Cancel the online option.No sense booking, then waiting.Just doesn't make sense.Booked in the past and came right in. Not sure I will be back if I can't book an appointment.
