Best service and great quality for shoes and boots. I didn’t expect this since the store is not dedicated to shoes. Compared to the other Oak Bay shoe store, where NO service was offered, this store not only was very helpful, they had exactly what I needed for my Victoria visit - waterproof walking comfort! ??

My daughter and I drove a long way to shop here, but when I was asked to put my coffee down to continue shopping, I was taken back. I've had many retail locations over the years, and this is definitely not the service I would implement. I think they are stepping over dollars to pick up dimes on this policy. I'm thinking Oak Bay deserves a similar store offering tremendous service. Oak Bay will have a pin on my map for our next potential location.

I will never step foot or support this store again. We have experienced the rudest service from one of the owners multiple times. While trying on new Native shoes, my daughter made a mark on one of them. The owner nearly spat out her words: 'Can you NOT' ... as in, can you not get my plastic shoe dirty. The same plastic shoe that can be wiped clean. She's 10! I can see by other reviews that I am not the only one to experience this rude and condescending treatment. Terrible service!

A excellent example of why you should shop local. I made a purchase of a toy that required some assembly and a piece was damaged. The situation was resolved quickly and efficiently. A pleasure to deal with.Will definitely shop here in future.

Great shopping experience and the best selection of quality shoes in town. We (Sailor Jack Consignment) highly recommend Finn and Izzy to our customers when they can't find a size at our shop. Thanks for the blundstones!

They have cute stuff but beware, for a "children's store" they'll treat your kids like they've got leprosy. Rude and entitled attitudes. Even when your kids are behaving, they watch them like hawks. I've spent a ton of money at the store the past couple of years, but shop far less then I would if they were even remotely welcoming. Their sister store Nicolas Rand is just as bad for being rude, and I shop there without my kids! Note to owners and staff of both stores: you're not supposed to make your customers feel like you're doing them a favour by allowing them to shop in your store - but rather be grateful that your paying customers are keeping you in business.

Went in today to purchase a few items, wasn’t sure who worked there and who didn’t. While we were there trying in sizes we noticed the phone ringing constantly.
Made my purchase and went on my way. Got home to notice my kid forgot her special hat there. Been calling to try to see if it was left on the bench ( I’m sure it was left there) been calling for over 60mins, just rings and goes to voicemail. The last time I just called someone picked up and hang up right away.
Quite rude and disrespectful, so I felt I needed to write a review.
Been getting my kids shoes there for years and after this I will now go online only.

This was my favourite children's store that I shopped at frequently and was recommending to everyone I know. Recently I went in to buy new shoes and toys for my daughter and left with nothing after being accosted by an employee because my 18 month old dropped a bunny cracker from her stroller. They have lost a very good customer I will never go back.
