Top notch customer service. I worked with Mark to select the carpet I needed. He helped me to find ways to work within my budget. Once I made my choice I was setup with Jeremy who installed my Carpet. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Jeremy went above and beyond to not only install the carpet but take care of few extra things like transitions. If you're looking for carpet on a budget like me, you won't be disappointed. Certainly best bang for buck.

From the first visit to the final install, service was top notch! Walked in expecting to wait weeks for an appointment to measure our basement, but Myrna was awesome…offered to come that very night! Installers were awesome-moving a large couch that couldn’t be moved out…everything looks great and I couldn’t be happier. Price was nearly half for the same brand wool carpet as competitor! And because the carpet was in-stock, the entire process took about a week! Could have been done even earlier but our schedule delayed things! 150% would recommend!

What a great experience we had at End of the Roll in Victoria. I purchased a condo in Victoria and navigated doing renovations from the lower mainland. I appreciate how accommodating and helpful everyone was at End of the Roll to ensure the project was done on budget and on time. The floors turned out beautiful (Unifloors SPC Ausone). “Cost-effective” means getting the biggest bang for your dollar, including quality materials, service, installation, and the “look” you want at great prices. When selection and price are considerations in a home renovation, End of Roll—particularly the Boleskine Road branch—is the place to go for flooring advice, purchase, and installation.
Opting for laminate flooring in a concrete and steel condo building brought its own concerns, including noise alleviation, so the strata council‘s permission was required to go ahead with the reno. Mark provided expertise regarding both laminate and a noise reducing underlay, resulting in instantaneous approval by the strata council.
Materials were delivered in a timely manner, the installers were punctual, and their work was perfection.
Thanks particularly to Mark for his advice and patience while the underlay and laminate was being selected, and for his efficiency in organizing the installation; thanks, too, to the installers, who did such an outstanding job, turning my 30-year-old condo from blah to gorgeous!

A+ experience buying carpet here. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff went above and beyond to make sure nothing would be left to chance with measurements, seams etc...They also made pick up so very easy. Great product & great people.
