Just wanted to recognize this Eddie Bauer store specifically because of the customer service provided by two associates, Jeanine and Carol. A family member from out of province purchased a pr. of Guide Pro pants for me 1 size too small so I needed to exchange them. I definitely wanted them as they are superb. After calling several stores whose stock online wasn't correct apparently due to shoplifting I called the Mayfair store and they had 1 pr left and Jeanine put them on hold for me as we live near Nanaimo. Today I came in, and Carol helped me, making sure they fit by insisting I try them on first, and then doing the mental gymnastics to credit me for the returned pants and then figuring out how to price the pants given that the family member didn't have to cover PST when buying them. In all an exceptional experience by staff in knowing what they can do, and being empowered to help satisfy a customers needs. WOW in this day and age.

Won’t take a return because I don’t have the credit card I made the purchase with - which got cancelled because it got hacked. Extremely frustrating.

Bought 2 solar foil shirts to fend off UV on the pickleball courts, and they gave me the price shown online which was a saving of $20 from the shop sale!

Big shout out to Richard at the Mayfair Eddie Bauer store. I left my travel shopping to the last minute and Richard went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. He was professional, personable and efficient. Thank you Richard, for your great customer service!

It's almost always on sale, they have good size selection and healthcare worker gets 10% off :) This is great as millitary personnel ( male majority industry) gets it it many places , and us ( healthcare majority female) at least get the same discount at this store. I got their pants , short and they last for a long time. Most stuff are wrinkle free. I wish they would do more female size with neutral color to hide when birding or wild life watching ( like dark green for BC and ocre and burn orange and burnt sienna(.

I had a super experience here, Jeanine was the associate that assisted me. I had a broken zipper section on my new EB800 down jacket, I asked Jeanine if it could be repaired or direct me to a tailer shop to fix it. She mentioned it couldn't not be repaired and pulled a matching replacement off the shelf for me. I was impressed by her refreshing demeanour, willingness to help and excellent customer service. Before leaving the store, I was in such a good mood, I ended up buying a sweater and will refer all my friends and family to this location. Many thanks!

A service representative called Van went way above and beyond trying to help me get the jacket i wanted. Much appreciated Van. Hope you get the raise you're worthy of. ... Also, the store is pretty good as well.

Very very rude cashier. When we tried to return a jacket, I was continuously asked if I used it or tried to return it before, even after saying no multiple times. When I asked to stop asking same questions again and again, she rudely said she would not take the jacket back, which felt very bad. Did not expect such behavior from such brand. Will never return to this store.

Your site posted storm sneakers on sale recently at $116.00 on sale , so I bought them at that price yesterday. Today they went on a further sale at apparently 70 dollars. I go to your chat engine to get an adjustment .I find out it was an error( a glitch) and should have been at $116.00 still. Offered $ 20.00 off the supposedly correct sale price . Would your company have gone bankrupt honouring the error price? Of course not. Rather than taking the full hit on your glitch , you proceed to frustrate your customer base . Bad customer service. I cant be the only one who had this same issue. Companies whom don't take care of customers properly lose them , and ultimately disappear from the retail map. You can do better Eddie Bauer.

My big complaint about Eddie Bauer is that they have two different prices on their clothing items, one Canadian and one US. The Canadian dollar price is always at least $20 more than the US. It makes you feel like you are getting ripped off. Just price them in Canadian dollars!!
