I liked this store ,they had my favourite clothes and manger was friendly but the other stuff never care about removing tags from clothes.only reason I’m giving 5 stars for price and store . But for staff I gave 3 stars .

Dots is really unique, everything is inexpensive and some things are amazing quality. Tbh the prices are cheaper than value village but everything is new. I come here a lot with my partner and they find some amazing fits. Highly recommend if you want to look good on a budget. The men's selection is small but quality for business casual stuff.

Very affordable prices for designer ( more high end) clothes!, staff were kind and has a good selection of items! Love the feeling of getting an item that is one of a kind and stock is always changing! Definitely recommend a good look at least once! ( plus they seem to have tons of sales!)

More and more, the majority of my clothing purchases are coming from Dots.Good quality, excellent prices and an experience like a treasure hunt (you'll never find the same thing twice).If you want to take full advantage of the selection, be prepared to spend at least an hour loading up your arms and trying things on; keepers (or undecideds) and returns to stock have separate racks, so you can continue to explore without cluttering up a change room.

I am a regular customer at Dots! I always have a great experience because the staff are so incredibly sweet and helpful! I was thrilled today when they allowed me to exchange 3 items no problem! Not only do the regular ladies who work there make me feel comfortable and welcome, but the newer staff is absolutely delightful as well! Thank you for making my experiences at Dots enjoyable! 5 stars from me!

I always go to Dots when I am visiting from Vancouver. They have a lot of women's pants, among plenty of other interesting clothes, and I appreciate the fact that I can find interesting colours and styles not limited to whatever is in fashion in a particular season. Yes, the lighting is poor but the store is well-organized. Other reviewers compared it to Winner's but I like the fact that Dots is less sterile than bigger stores and has, in addition, manufacturers' samples.

I've known about Dots, and have shopped there for years and years! Lots of unique finds if you have the time to browse. Not always multiple sizes in the one item, but that's the chance you take. Fantastic deals (extra markdowns) at the back, and a great friendly staff. Some of my best clothes have been purchased there.
