Ordered a recliner here at the start of July. It was supposed to arrive in a month, but was pushed back to two months with no explanation. It is September as of this writing and over two months, and there's still no update on where my recliner is.
Edit: Went to the store and the delivery was scheduled. Nasreen was able to compensate for the delay by waiving the delivery fee. Much better!

I would just like to take a second to say that Anil from Dodds was unbelievable did a great job not only did he help us find her couch, but he also helped us have an amazing experience at Dodds. No pressure super chill and we appreciate that because we do not usually like sales tactics. Normally that the delivery were it was delivered right away first thing in the morning so we were all able to enjoy the beautiful day after our couch was delivered. Thanks Anil and everyone at Dodds great job.

Have previously had a great experience at Dodds, but today I went in mostly looking for accent pieces. The sales lady that greeted me was very insistent and pushy. Despite me saying I just came in to browse and shop alone. I had plans to buy a coffee table, and accent chair today, but I ended up not even really looking and just left. It was a very uncomfortable experience

The store is generally good; I have no doubt about that. We've bought our beds, nightstands, and dressers there. However, the quality of the experience really depends on which salesperson helps you out.
We recently visited to check some furniture for our new place. Initially, a lady greeted us, and everything seemed fine. However, once we started seriously looking at the furniture, she became overly pushy, saying things like, "THIS IS THE BEST DEAL, YOU GOTTA BUY IT, JUST BUY IT!" It was very off-putting. When we found something we liked, we told her we wanted to think about it and do some research since there are several furniture stores in town. After hearing that, she became even more insistent, saying, "WHY? WHAT ARE YOU THINKING ABOUT? JUST BUY IT, IT'S THE BEST DEAL!" Her attitude significantly deteriorated.
Overall, the store carries good furniture, but experiences like this can tarnish the good reputation the store has built in customers' minds.

My husband and I had the pleasure purchasing a rocker with Mark Nicholls. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and did not make us feel pressured in our purchase. Great place to buy furniture and lovely sales rep. Thanks Mark :)

Bought a mattress in early June, delivery was delayed several times (not uncommon in this day and age) but Dennis ‘The menace’ did a great job of showing me he appreciated my business. Although the wait was longer than i had hoped/expected, Dennis made it right without me having to make a fuss. Always nice to deal with a business that can recognize an inconvenience and does something to make it right. Thank you

Dealt with jag initially, great guy, very helpful in helping us find the bed we were looking for. Visited the showroom on 2 more occasions during the week while the wife and I made up our minds and every salesperson we dealt with was highly knowledgeable and proffesional with no pressure sales tactics. Highly recommend (visited several furniture retailers in the city while before going with Dodd’s)

We intended to look at hide-a-bed couches and ended up buying a hide-a-bed, love seat and chair thanks to Anil's high quality service. We purchased two sofa beds from Dodd's Furniture. After visiting the store a week prior and considering all our options, we concluded that Dodd's was by far the best choice. Anil provided exemplary customer service, being kind and attentive throughout the process. Despite the delivery schedule being fully booked for our chosen date, Anil made arrangements to ensure we received our sofa beds on the same day. Additionally, Anil introduced us to Mr. Dodd, which was a wonderful experience as well!
