“This is a request for people with small children. It is your responsibility to watch them! Yesterday I was in the Victoria Homesense. A child was playing on a bench which was against a large console sitting on a platform. She knocked the console off the platform which landed on my foot. Today my foot is black and blue and swollen. She wasn't watching her child so I'm not even sure she saw what happened. If you want your children to play then take them to a park!! Thank you to the clerk who came to help me and get ice for my foot. I love shopping at this location. It is a beautiful store.”

“This is a busy shop. I had a bit of a messy discrepancy between a quotation and bill for past brake work. I won't include the details here but 2 staff members took time to look into it, offer explanations, and resolve things. My advice for customers is to ensure that you mention your written quotation number when you drop off your vehicle. While I don't think the two staff members and I agree on everything, I understand their perspective better and I felt heard. The staff were professional and resolution was fair. I will return for future service.”

“This is the only CT auto that I trust. More than once I’ve gone in with issues that developed while driving and they’ve always snuck me in and resolved them. In one case they McGiver’d my exhaust problem so I could proceed for repairs at a proper muffler shop. And they did it for a more than reasonable price. Their staff goes the distance to help customers.
Stay away from Cedar Hill. So many people including me complain about service at that location. Totally opposite to the great service at Broadmead!”

“We came from Ontario and had a number of items to pick up. The Walmart in Victoria was the biggest Walmart we had ever seen and we were a bit lost. “The Langford location is huge, with lots of inventory. I had not been to this location for ages and decided to reacquaint myself. Glad I dropped by this is a Canadian Tire, I will definitely include it in my next search for anything hardware related.”

“Selection is always good and price is competitive but it’s often hard to find things. Also NO CELL SERVICE!
Lost a family member in the store and no way to find them.
They do have free but NOT SECURE wifi-no thanks.”
