Whack !!!!!! Never order from here. Every website I have ever ordered plugs from sells them in pairs. I made a Boxing Day purchased thinking I was getting a great deal under the impression I was buying pairs of plugs…. Nope only singular . I am livid and feel like I have been scammed. Extremely misleading. Stop doing this immediately!!!

Always a good experience when I go. The workers are really helpful, and the body piercing jewelry has a warranty which is super appreciated. Good selection too!

Amazing experience every time I go in! All the staff are very positive and happy to help. Mackenzie was extremely helpful in helping me pick out the correct septum piercings I was looking for, and even let me know about the promo they were running at the time. Culture crazy is always on my list of stores to shop at when I visit Mayfair.

I typically gravitate towards professional piercing shops for my jewelry, as a bad experience at the Kelowna location pushed me away from non-professional shops. However, Jaz and Mackenzie were extremely patient and helpful and took their time working with me to find a replacement for a lost flat piercing. Thank you friends!
