I love Costco but this place has become insanely busy. No matter what day or time I go it's always crazy. A cashier told me it's either busy or really busy. Maybe it's time for a second warehouse in Victoria to ease some congestion???? Just a thought.

The prices are good, but items are not always in stock. Also, driving from Victoria to Langford might not be practical just for shopping.

The cashier at station number 1 was extremely rude and displayed racist behavior. He is a man with a tattoo on his neck and was both arrogant and unhelpful. We asked him to kindly subtotal our order so we could make a separate payment. Even the Asian lady who was assisting him with our groceries mentioned this to him, but he seemed to ignore our request.
We always ask for a subtotal and have never had issues with cashiers before,
they are usually nice and accommodating. However, this man ended up totaling the amount without acknowledging our request and then looked at my friend, who had a Costco card, and said, "You should pay for all of this since you have the card."
This was confusing to us; I've always done my grocery shopping at Costco with my friend after my card expired a couple of months ago. This was the first time we were treated this way, and it made us feel discriminated against. I hope you can provide proper training for this individual to ensure that no one else, particularly those who are not white, has to experience this .☹️

Oh man this costco is crazy!! Guess my fault in general going in peak hours. I'd suggest going right when opening or closing I think k would be best to avoid the shambles of people and carts. Otherwise like Amy other costco

Corn, peas, sausage,beef, doesn't even cook like real food. Absolute garbage.!! Doesn't digest or taste right.
