Went into the location today on Bay Street trying to buy some products. I asked the woman working there, (unsure if she's the owner or not) Hopefully not...if I had to have my license on me in order to purchase some products today. She said unfortunately yes I do. I started to look around, with my 16 year-old daughter when a customer walked into the store. She immediately stopped talking to me. Did not ask if I had a license, and proceeded to talk to the customer that had just walked in. She stopped talking to him briefly to tell me "sorry I can't have you walking around the store without a license "
I never told her I didn't have one! It simply wasn't on me, as we had just had our nails done and I didn't think to bring it.
I will never go back to a store that employs rude, ignorant and likely racist employees. She saw the dark skin, maybe the large implants...
whatever it was it was enough to judge me and lose my business forever. Amazon it is....

Cant speak to the products, or service they provide. I am frustratingly NOT a customer.... All I came here to say was that they have what I need in stock but won't sell to the "public".Kind of a silly business model IMO. I own a small business in town so when it comes to purchasing, I try to do my part and help other local businesses too!... but you guys do a pretty good job of shooting yourself in the foot by narrowing your customer base like that. Maybe there something I'm missing with some sort of liability in selling these products?Either way, I got what I need from Amazon unfortunately. For 2/3 the price and next day delivery you'd think I'd be happy but I would much rather have given my my business to you.1 star for the one who seemed to find some enjoyment in refusing to sell to me...

Bring back the older management.I've shopped here for my mom for years and have never had an issue.Had her on the phone, had photo proof of card, which management gave to her, and everything. Now they’re saying she has to call in herself and be specific with what products are to be purchased. Now the photo that they gave us cannot be used?Last name is the same and address is exactly the same.You’re not selling fire arms. Anything to make things more complicated.
