My 2020 dryer blew its circuit board due to a power surge - no fault of the appliance. A new part was going to cost $450 and take up to two months. So I needed a replacement....even though it was still a relatively new machine. Unfortunately that model was discontinued. The new version was on sale for $999. Fortunately, Coast Appliances also had a dented, but fully operational, unit on clearance for less than the estimated cost of repair. Dallas Patrick was great in helping me buy it, load it and take it home. A happy ending to a sad story. I'd encourage anyone to check out the clearance warehouse at the Victoria store as there are definitely some good deals to be had .... and who cares if the side of a dryer is dented when you never see it anyway?

Extremely Poor communication from sales staff purchased 3 appliances and got 2 fairly quickly. Third piece still not delivered after a month and numerous calls to be told we wouldn’t be getting what we ordered but something similar . Then they expect me to pay for installation AFTER I had to chase them down for answers. Not sure what type of business they are running but I am not satisfied and would NEVER recommend them at this point after they had plenty of chances to correct the situation …ZERO STARS IF I COULD
