atm machine ate my $50 bill, stuck there for over 45mins on call with agent saying they will credit us back the money, but never did. it's so awesome they can steal our money interest free, but if we miss a payment of any kind we get charged ridiculous amounts of fees and interests...

response time to emails and inquiries is some of the worst I've ever seen. handed off from one rep to another. some emails go unanswered for several weeks

Terrible customer service.The teller was awful.Requested for copies of the several monthly business statements. A simple request was met by "there were no statements for those months" when we told him that the business was in operation. We had to tell him that we had it done at another branch with no problem whatsoever.
