Took my car for a tail light / day light issue , they managed to figure out what was wrong very quickly and the cost was much less than what I worried it would be. They did a free assessment of my brakes which I really appreciate , turns out as I suspected they need to be replaced , they gave me a very reasonable quote for this and also told me that I had a bit of time before this became a safety hazard , instead of pressuring me to do it right then. This was my first experience at any mechanic auto body shop in my entire life and I chose it after reading reviews on here. For me it’s very intimidating as I don’t know anything about cars. I will definitely be back here for all my mechanic needs.

The best automotive shop in Victoria. Moved to Victoria just under 2 years ago with two older vehicles and have felt so well taken care of at Charged Auto Repair! Nate and the team are beyond helpful, reliable and kind. They are also very efficient in their work. I could not recommend them more to anyone who has troubles with their vehicles in Victoria.

We recently moved to Victoria and needed an out-of-province inspection done on our cars. One of them was a classic car so I was looking for someone who would treat my car properly. I checked a few shops when a friend recommended Charged Auto. A quick phone call with Nate the manager and we were booked in. The shop is friendly and relaxed but well run. They did the inspections in a timely manner with no surprises. Now I recommend Charged Auto. Thanks Nate!

Charged was recommended to me by a friend. Went this week for my first time. Highly impressed! Nate was great! ( sorry Nate -- couldn't resist ?) Check in was smooth and quick. Oil change package with tire rotation is well priced. No upselling. Very pleased. Plan on making this my garage for all my car servicing and maintenance from here on in.
