We had a horrible experience at JD Sports. Very rude. We went to look on Champs. The staff was way more friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the regard we had there. The staff helped us right away. We weren't ignored and My grandson got the exact shoe he wanted.

Tried to visit on Saturday around 12:30 PM and the store was closed with a sign saying “back in 40 mins”. I could see two employees in the store talking. It seems crazy for a large chain to close in the middle of the day on a Saturday afternoon - should just have the employees stagger their breaks.
Also, if your going to do this it makes more sense to say “back at x time” instead of “ back in 40 mins”. A waste of my time, and other customers time.

Horrible experience, I called on the phone about a pair of shoes, The person over the phone told me it would be no problem to exchange them. I get there and I am told I can’t (They are brand new never been worn and I bought them a week ago) The lady at the front was extremely rude to me. Will never be shopping here again.

I got nice shoes today, but the staff there always looks unhappy. I visited this store many times, and I never saw them smiling to a customer. Whenever I ask them for a size trial, I always feel Iike im bothering them. Maybe the employer should be a nice treat for them.

It was first time buying stuff for me today in champs, and i was surprised that all the people who worked there was being not really nice to us and kind of rude. They just throw the shoes box to us when we ask for it, and couldn’t see them smiling at the beginning till the end so disappointing, never wants to go there again.

I just want you guys to know I won’t be shopping at champs ever again. On June 2nd I placed order ending in #228416 for a Mickey Mouse shirt with hopes of receiving the item in a reasonable time. After several days of the order sitting in the awaiting carrier pick up status I decided to stop by your store in Victoria Texas today where it was being shipped out of. After speaking to the person on staff she proceeded to inform me that the order had been pulled and set for delivery but an employee was allowed to try on and buy the exact item that I had ordered which was the only one in stock. This order had already been paid for in full. No phone call, no email, no nothing informing me of this issue. Was I ever gonna get a refund if I didn’t go into the store? And how can you allow an employee to purchase someone else’s items after they have already been paid for? This speaks volumes on the company and the people you employ.
