Cancelled an extremely time sensitive appointment last minute because of a “booking error” caused by one of their staff. Earliest they could get me in was a few days later. Despite explaining circumstances, offered no resolution - just “oops, too bad”. Save your time and money, go to a locally owned shop with competent staff.
EDIT: no use reaching out to schedule an appointment, since my appointment was cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice. Had to take the day off work to go to a local mechanic last minute instead. Luckily he was great.

Found what I was after plus some. It's always easy to find where things are. I use the app, look up the item and the app tells me what aisle the product is in. Reasonable prices for home needs.

I brought in my car a few months ago when I noticed there was a screw In my front tire (brand new tires ). It was a Sunday afternoon and my regular place was not open. They told me the tire was to damaged to fix , and since my car was 4 wheel drive I would have to buy 4 new tires to replace them. My car is not 4 wheel drive, I drive a hyandai veloster. So I told them no, you can put my old set of spare tires I had back on my car. I told them to put the tires they were taking off in my car. At first they only put 3 in my car, and I said no give me back the "damaged" one to. The following weekend I brought the damaged tire to hyandai (where I bought the tires) to see what they thought. When they got it out they saw the Screw was still in thr tire...they popped the screw out of the tread and the screw was TINY. It didn't even puncher through the thread. They checked the tire to make sure it was OK and they told me the tire was completely FINE. So no, I will never be going back to Canadian tire. Completely lied and tried to scam me into buying four new tires.

Crotchety woman gave me and my brother heck for bouncing basketballs in the sports aisle. Y'know you gotta bounce a ball to know if you wanna own it, right? Needless to say we walked away and didnt buy anything as she was all up in our business.

I just called Canadian Tire on Admirals rd regarding a recycling fee on my bill for a 15 l bottle of water I purchased. I questioned this as I was told I couldn’t return it to be recycled there. I spoke with Lori, the customer service manager who was very helpful and informative. Lori went above and beyond to help me understand my dilemma. The recycling fee is governed by a third party to cover the costs of recycling but Canadian Tire can’t take part in the recycling process if this particular item. Funny thing is though that I can take the empty bottle back to Canadian Tire for my deposit! Thanks again Lori! Bureaucracy sure does have its gaps.

Was given good service that’s why I’m giving it two stars, but the cost of materials in Canadian tire is a total rip off! I was trying to source four 2” bolts and four wingnuts and a handful of washers, it was going to cost me $17!! I drove two minutes up the road to slegg and got the exact same hardware for under $5

Classic Canadiana Tire. Always polite and helpful staff. The auto shop manager is great and has a solid crew working there. Never been scammed or misled, and they always call for approval before commencing additional work that was not discussed of theyfeel it's needed.

I'm a tourist and I had a low tire warning on my rental car. The garage guys fixed it in a matter of minutes, free of charge. Thanks to the apprentice who was so helpful.
