Great place to get tires as their warranty is cheap and worth it. DO NOT go here for anything mechanical. I was quoted for a timing belt and water pump replacement $2500. Had it done for $1500 at Big O. Mechanics seem to know nothing here too, just kids reading from a manual.

This is the only CT auto that I trust. More than once I’ve gone in with issues that developed while driving and they’ve always snuck me in and resolved them. In one case they McGiver’d my exhaust problem so I could proceed for repairs at a proper muffler shop. And they did it for a more than reasonable price. Their staff goes the distance to help customers.
Stay away from Cedar Hill. So many people including me complain about service at that location. Totally opposite to the great service at Broadmead!

We came in 18 minutes before closing, and the last kiddie pool on sale was taken by someone. A young man named Keaton helped us and had to go into storage to get it. Super friendly, helpful and professional. Thanks Keaton!

Very cramped and the self checkouts weren't working.. no customer service - it was even harder to find how to pay for the things you got.

It's not a bad place to shop. I like how you can get your car serviced, and shop for things like kitchens and bathrooms to your backyard, and cars. You can get your keys cut there as well.

This is my go-to auto service center in Victoria area. Honest, reasonably prompt and polite. They are a little pricey, but the work is honored at any other Canadian Tire. I started coming here when one of their mechanics was recommended to me after I was wronged by another garage.
These guys have worked on every car I bring them, no matter the make or model. They will install customer supplied parts if they can't it find themselves, and they are patient with customers in unique situations. Most of their mechanics are car enthusiasts themselves.
What makes them stand out over other Canadian Tire locations is their willingness to work on unfamiliar vehicles, and explain exactly what the problem is.
They are limited in the type of work they do by corporate policies. AKA they wont cheat emissions systems, or put wonky tires on even if it is possible.
