I really like to shop at Call it Spring, but I went there yesterday and I bought a wallet ( 16646299 ). The price on the tag was 9.98, but she charge me $ 19.99.When I show her the price on the tag, it doesn't matter, still 19.99I bought, like it, but isn't fair.Just want register it.Thank you.

Not one to make reviews but this store needs help…Went into this store numerous times in the past few years… seems like the management they hire continues to be incredibly lazy and lacking any care for customers, the store nor the employees.Went in more recently this year to see they hired a new manager, Lexi. She seems to do nothing but stand around on her phone or sit in the corner of the store meanwhile there are customers in store looking for help, including myself. And the way I heard her speak to her staff is unbelievable…. Not management material. Also very fake and rude..In the last 2-3 years I think there has only been one management member that was worth them keeping but seems she has left too… unfortunate.There is one girl who I did notice has been there for some time now who clearly has tolerated the terrible turn over in store managers and staff… she always has a smile and has all the product information I need when I go shopping. Also she is the only one who greets myself and any other customers as well as offering a helping hand to everyone in the store! Bailey is a wonderful help to this store!

Bailey helped us out recently with our purchase and we can't say enough wonderful things about her. She clearly loves shoes, knows her store and we were never left unattended. The store was busy and she assisted everyone with ease and confidence. Great customer service is hard to find these days. Bailey! You're awesome.

Some of the shoes are really cute, but when I was there with my friend it was a struggle to get the attention of the staff. I was also looking at and trying on shoes but the staff member didn't even talk to me, so completely lost a sale there. Saw shoes I liked at a great price but I'm not going to chase someone down to throw money at them. I'll go somewhere that actually seems to want to help me find what I want.

I bought some waterproof boots at this store in Victoria shortly after Christmas on sale. The boots were over $100 and initially I was very happy with them. Within two weeks of purchasing them, the boots started to come apart and gradually got worse and worse. I am so upset and utterly disgusted that a pair of boots would crumble so quickly. I know that things today are built not to last, but this is an absolute joke. Never buy any shoes from this store. I have been ripped off for 100 dollars. Shameful!

I had SUCH an amazing experience shopping here. The salesperson who is a natural red head was beyond belief in terms of her customer service. She literally REMEMBERED my shoe size and I hadnt been there in months and don’t even go shopping that much.. incredible. Thanks everyone!

very poor costumer service and unfair return policy. Couldn’t return my shoes because it wasn’t in the right box!!! Cheap and very poor quality products. I would never shop here again. Don’t spend your money on this place. Doesn’t worth it

Great and friendly service with a lovely variety of affordable and stylish shoes. The location I went to was at Mayfair Mall and the sales associate was so nice and polite. I initially bought a pair of boots (Skyler) and I noticed there was a part of the boot that didn’t feel comfortable against my left ankle; it left a deep scratch on my left ankle. So I took it back to the store and the same girl helped me reorder a pair with no problem. Now it’s all comfy and good.

Wonderful shoes and SUPEB customer service! I was SUPER impressed! I was into this store today, and I noticed that the staff was dealing with a very rude and unreasonable customer who stated in a review below that they were trying to return the shoes without the proper box. The employee was only trying to follow a policy, and the women was unreasonable and would not stop harrassing and yelling at the associate. The staff continued to handle the situation in a very professional manner regardless of the abuse she was treated with. To the staff member, I am sorry you had to deal with this... Thank you for continuing to help me out despite the situation and assist me in finding a great pair of shoes! Thank you for your kindness and I hope you had a better day! :)

What makes this a five-star is the service I got one day, looking for a shoe for my Bachelorette party. Once I mentioned it was wedding-related, the clerk was super helpful, and even gave suggestions to make the shoe more comfortable. She gave great suggestions on what shoes to try on next, even if I had to try on numerous pairs. I'm just sorry I didn't get her name.
