I really enjoyed this place. The staff were very kind and there was a diverse selection of cards available. My mother, who visited Victoria from abroad for the first time was very happy.

I always find great gifts in this locally owned shop. There is a fine selection of unusual kitchen items and small jewellery pieces. I especially like the West Coast artists represented. Don't forget to check the greeting cards.

This is a great store for little treasures. You never know what you will find. Cards, soaps, kitchen products, lamps, home decor, various gifts for all ages. Stationery is always interesting and best to buy it when you see it because items don't hang around forever in this store.

This is my go to place for gifts and things for myself. I have shopped there for years, the staff are wonderful and it is a joy to shop at such a beautiful store. Michelle and Graham have done a fabulous job and I applaud them.

The Bungalow has become my favourite place to shop for gifts the past couple of years! I always find really unique and fun presents (and sometimes things I can’t resist for myself…) I would guess upwards of 75% of their stock are things I haven’t seen anywhere else in town which means there’s always good finds. Their staff are always super helpful, friendly and kind as well. My go-to place!

Go there almost every other week to see what they have! Usually I walk out with at least one or two items. Great place to buy for everyone and lots of space so it doesn't feel crowded. Highly recommended ?

I entered the store today as the door was propped open and unobstructed. Multiple employees saw me enter and one even showed me where I could find a card for a friend who was just diagnosed with cancer. I was then rudely and abruptly asked to leave the store by a woman who told me they were closed, unbeknownst to me as i had just entered and had been helped. I was rudely ushered out of the store after negotiating whether or not I could even purchase the card. It’s common curtesy in retail to let customers entering the store know that you are closed or closing instead of ambushing them in a dismissive way. I will not be shopping here again, and If you’re loooking for friendly service, this is not the place.

This is a delightful gift boutique in Oak Bay. They carry lovely gifts, quirky finds, and practical kitchenware, nice greeting cards and baby things too. The prices are reasonable in my opinion, and the staff is friendly and eager to help. My friends and I enjoyed shopping there. And the shop IS open Sunday.
