WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in retail store. I went to buy boots and mens pants tonight and you just lost my business. Man knew nothing about the product, sales and refused to come help me at the front of the store… super strange and I wouldn’t recommend shopping here if he’s the associate working.

My very first visit and first purchase as well from this store. Kudos to sales rep Jacob who went beyond customer service experience. My desired size for the Nike shoes wasn’t available at the store unfortunately and he tried his very best for me to have it through online and have it sent directly to my placeHe was very accommodating and helpful also for the other staffs as well ?Way to go guys!Cheers! ?
