Returned my previous model no problem and upgraded me to a better model. However, I had the absolute displeasure of dealing with Chey. She was unnecessarily RUDE, and seemed reluctant to "help" me. She greeted me with a dirty look and was disrespectful through the entire sale. Definitely not the customer service experience anyone would enjoy. The amount of entitlement was astounding.

Very mobile! I was bought a few phones out of the back of their unmarked van. I got the number to this location on Craiglist.. They had on blue shirts.

My sister's phone had a software issue and we tried for 6 days to get it repaired by several shops. They all said it was a lost cause and impossible, we finally decided to just buy a new phone at Best Buy.Matt was the first person throughout all of this that was knowledgeable, kind, and gave us hope in fixing it. To this day we still talk about how awesome he is. It was so obvious to tell he was the first person to actually care about helping.In the future for anything phone related we will be coming back to this Best Buy location.

Chava and Daljeet were extremely helpful and tottaly knowledgeable when helping me with activating a new phone. I am so happy I came to this location! I would recommend them any day any time! Great employees are worth their weight in gold!!!! Don't let these guys go :-)

I can hardly express just how awesome my encounter was with these guys this week. Between Matt helping me find a phone and switch carriers and Shane patiently assisting me with some issues I was having with my new plan, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I went to buy some type -D power out. Service was prompt and was in and out of store in less than 5 minutes. Not too crowded and fast bill processing as well.

After 6 months of fighting with my original TVs manufacturer (Hisense) about whether it was broken or not, having a tech come out four times and replace parts then report to them that it was fixed and then me having to reprove every time that it wasn't (fixed) with time stamped photos and video , they FINALLY approved an exchange at Best Buy.The manager was nice enough to let me pick a different brand and I upgraded and paid the difference to get a Sony Bravia x85k because it's the perfect TV to go with my PS5. I get it home and plug it into my surround sound system and it glitches the TV out making it completely unusable..I spend all morning (almost 5 hours) on the phone with Sony support and they determined that it's this particular TV that needs to be replaced !!! ????????????Boy was I ever mad!Good news is I called Best Buy and spoke with the manager and explained that I don't have a vehicle and now have to find someone new to drive me because my original ride from yesterday isn't available and he offered to drive the new TV over to me himself!Thank you to Joe at Best Buy (Victoria BC - Douglas Street)Not only were you guys great yesterday when I did the original exchange, this is going above and beyond and I cannot say how much I appreciate it and am impressed with your guys'customer service !

Bought two pairs of headphones. Person completing the sale gave me attitude for wanting the pair of headphones behind the first display (apple headphones box in front had visible damage and I wanted the one behind it). She responded by saying "it's honestly all the same" and then huffing at me while unlocking and getting the second pair of headphones I wanted.This is not quality service. Will never buy from this store again.
