Had some experiences with them some are great some are not.You can’t get a refund even you bring the item back the next day with the perfect condition. They only issue store credits.Inventory online is not always accurate. I bought something online and then told it’s out of stock and then issued with a store credit.Not so great customer experience with store manager but also met some great staff who is willing to help younger generations who has just as equal purchasing power as mature customers but often neglected by the manager.

I was on vacation with my family when we happened upon Bernstein & Gold, and a gorgeous bag in the display window caught my eye. I went in to take a closer look and the two lovely ladies working in the shop showed me the bag in the window along with a larger tote that matched the one I was first drawn to. Unfortunately my family was impatiently waiting outside, so I had to leave, but I am SO glad I came back a little later after dropping the family off at the hotel, so that I could browse the shop on my own. Claudia and the associate warmly welcomed me back in and brought the bags out for me to see. They were incredibly knowledgable about the designer and the uniqueness of the pieces, but put absolutely NO pressure on me to buy, and that really contributed to how enjoyable the visit was. I explained that while I loved the bag, I didn't quite have room in my luggage to take it back to the states with me. Claudia graciously offered to ship the bag directly to my home using certified mail along with a tracking number (which was so great, considering the bag was a designer piece that I would be devastated to lose in the mail). I paid for the bag and headed back to the hotel. Fast forward a little over a week, and the bag was delivered to my door. Upon opening, I was thrilled to see that my bag with carefully stuffed with tissue paper so as to preserve its structure and prevent it from collapsing or getting crushed in transit. The tote was then placed inside its accompanying dust bag, which was surrounded by styrofoam packing peanuts and reinforced with double walled cardboard before being put it in the shipping box. Claudia included a hand written note, which is such a rarity in today's world of fast fashion, big box retailers. Everything about my experience at Bernstein & Gold was perfection, and they will certainly have my business next time I am town. Thank you Claudia for your exceptional service and warmth.

I adore this boutique. I live on the mainland but I go out of my way to shop here (online) or stop in whenever I’m in Victoria. The associates are absolutely wonderful and it’s just a true pleasure to shop here!

I absolutely love this store and it's selection of brands - it is very honestly my go-to store here in Victoria. Claudia and Zoe are so wonderful and their impeccable customer service is rare these days, and something I genuinely appreciate. I will continue to recommend this store to anyone and thank these fabulous ladies for their amazing service and style.

Clothing store in Downtown Victoria with nice women's clothes. There is a good selection of shoes here and my fiancé purchased a pair of sandals she really likes and wears often. Great store worth visiting.

I can't say enough great things about Bernstein and Gold. The owner and staff are amazing. They know their products really well, where they are made and how. They choose products that are made ecologically if they are from abroad and choose local whenever possible. They are expert at choosing the right garment and fit for any occasion or just for casual wear. Claudia and Zoe are the kind of personal service you want in a store. Jamie is an amazing esthetician. I had the best facial I have ever had from her and I have had facials world wide over many years. Incredible team! Thank you!
