i’ve been to this location numerous times and never have i got the service like i’ve had tonight. the girl who helped me tonight was beyond amazing. she knew exactly what to recommend and was so bright and cherry and just made me feel so comfortable on top of being extremely knowledgeable about what a girl should consider while picking out a pair of jeans. i didn’t get her name but she’s the sales lady who helped me pick out the ribcage levi’s tonight. thank you!!

The guy who works here knows his stuff. Think he’s the manager. I had trouble with sizing for the 501s and he told me to go down in size since they stretch! And totally right!

I have never felt the amount of comfort shopping for a pair of jeans before my shopping trip Sunday Jan. 29. The sales associate Ellie was fantastic in helping me. From grabbing what seemed like a million different styles of jeans to just offering support and service she made it feel like I was shopping with a friend. Below the Belt you have a gem on your roster.

Some of the worst customer service every single time I go in there. Your clothes are expensive in there I would suggest getting people that actually want to sell them. I was in on Sunday and I know managers don’t usually work Sundays so I would suggest looking at those people and figure out how to save that very dead store.
