Purchased $248.00 worth of merchandise on Sept 2, 2022. Owner, Simone said she would mail to me in 1-2 weeks. It is now almost 2 months , emails and phone calls later. NO MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Unacceptable business practice. Store has nice items and the owner WAS at the time accommodating of my request for shipping. Does anyone know if there is a Better Business Bureau or similar agency to report this? At this point it is theft since nothing has been received and now my emails and calls are being ignored. Advice: if you purchase make sure you take with you. DON'T believe the shipping promise. SO DISAPPOINTED..

By far has the most rude employees at a port and not a great selection of souvenirs. It’s a very small store and gets very crowded. I waited outside and my daughter went in to buy a couple things. I watched as an extremely tacky man who wore a jersey and blue baseball cap (no name tag) kept moving the keychain stand while she tried to look. When I asked her about it after she came out, she told me another nice elderly man did come and help her as she tried to look. The rude man gave the meanest looks to most of the customers in the store. If you are not short on time, definitely wait to go into the city to spend your money on gifts. Other shops are much more kind and appreciative.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Before returning to our ship, we stopped in to browse the souvenirs and possibly a new bag. It was, of course, cramped like a sardine can.We found a bag on the very top shelf that we wanted to compare to another bag that was on the floor. We asked one of the employees if we could take a look at it and she replied, "Only if you're going to buy it." We explained that we needed to check it out before buying it, make sure there are no defects, compare sizes, etc. to which she replied, "I know there's nothing wrong with it." We asked again if we could see it but the employee refused stating it would be too much of a hassle to get the ladder out. Wow. Just wow. So basically their motto is, "You touch it, you buy it." And I thought Canadians were supposed to be the most friendly people. Maybe she was a transplant.

You walk into a nice cozy environment, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. It can get very busy whenever a cruise ship is leaving so be sure to get there early or be prepared to face the crowds. That being said the cashiers are speedy so you'll never be in line for very long.

Well stocked store with some very interesting items for a surprisingly reasonable price for this tourist town.
