customer service is lacking, nothing special, just an average tourism shop.

Amazing places with plenty of items. Knowageable, professional, courteous and helpful staff. Great lady stop on way back to the ship. Great prices.

You walk into a nice cozy environment, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. It can get very busy whenever a cruise ship is leaving so be sure to get there early or be prepared to face the crowds. That being said the cashiers are speedy so you'll never be in line for very long.
