496 Bay St, Victoria“Thank you very much for your prompt and friendly service today. You stopped what you were doing and immediately helped us replace a battery so that we could use our car. I appreciate your kindness today. See you in the future, Colleen”
“I thought I had damaged my car. I called Napa Autopro and the person said they could look at it immediately for damage. I went in and right away they checked it. They even showed me that it was fine. They were very kind and helpful.”

1700 Hillside Ave, Victoria“Decent 24-hour self-service car wash. There's a sign saying you have to get a code from the cashier, and you can do that, but you can also just tap your card and it'll work. It will authorize up to $15, charge your card $2 initially, then continue charging in small increments (up to $15) until you press the STOP button, so remember to do that before leaving. There is no coin slot. Water pressure isn't quite as high as at the Shell at Six Mile, but the foam from the brush here seems thicker, and the bays are wider, so overall I'd say this place is slightly nicer. Lighting could be better though. Also has hangers on the wall for hosing down your floor mats. Like any normal car wash, there's only so much it can do against serious grime, but for a quick wash, it's as good a spot as any.”
“Went and bought a battery for my 2019 Santa Fe, the guy was great sold me the goods. But unfortunately the battery was the right fit, went back with the SUV this time. Turn out my SUV has special battery and is a lot more than the one I purchased. The gentleman was great about the return and new sale he even knocked of 50 bucks for the inconvenience and was very apologetic. Turns out there was a discrepancy in the book of battery's. The Bible he call it lol ? great service”
