Would not honour $15.95 3 wick candles sign that was sitting IN FRONT of the cash registers at 10:15am. The blond haired lady (I have your staff # from my receipt) wanted my email so "I would know when the next sale was" I posted this on a different site and Caroline (the manager) blatantly called me a liar! Who happened to be the cashier I dealt with! You need to go back to "manager school" ?

I was shopping at this store over the weekend and the way the manager (i believe her name is caroline) was berating the employees AND customers was appalling. I can’t believe someone like this would be employed by bath and body works. It’s revolting to see people being treated that way in what’s supposed to be a professional environment! I’ve never been more disgusted. Safe to say I’ll never be shopping here again.
