They don’t do in store holds even for a day?? I don’t understand why… the cashier told me it’s because they “do online orders” but I literally work at a clothing store that does as well and we offer in store holds because we value our instore customers as well as online

This store is the Worst Store ever for Customer service ! Do yourself a favor and Don’t shop here !!! I bought a small backpack from here last week and after using it I noticed the zipper on the bag kept opening up and it’s missing one plastic piece to keep one of the straps for your shoulder in place . I have the receipt so I took it back for an Exchange , simple right ? No the store manager” Vanilla”told me that I could not exchange it because I had used it ????Well duh? Of course I used it that’s why I bought it to use , it’s a defective bag and an exchange would be possible AnyWhere. But at this store !!!! Hurttin!!
