I really love their REGEAR program, where you can trade in a previous high value jacket for a discount you can apply to next purchase. Similar to Apple iphones.
I got their new Fissle SV jacket here. I really like the pink purple color. However, it stains quick though, so I recommend sticking with black if you are an outdoorsy and bicycling person.
Another thing is the external material doesn’t seem to bead off water as good (where water slides off). Versus the waterproof stuff I get from MEC for a fraction of the price, water slides off great with MEC.
Staff were mostly university students, pretty chill.
WARNING - they have a strict refund policy so make sure it is what you want before you leave the store.

We received exceptional service at the Victoria BC store. Keith was approachable and immediately understood what we needed. Shopping isn't an activity some people enjoy, but his expertise and demeanour helped us accomplish our mission successfully. I fully recommend in the in-store experience vs. shopping online. Went in for a warranty question and they took the time to fill out the RMA online doc with me! Love this location! Always clean and organized! Arc’teryx is my favorite product! I have more than 10 jackets and other tech gear!!!

The employees are so ridiculous it's almost funny. Unless their job description says "don't make eye contact; don't help people; do talk at length amongst yourselves about your yoga class; do wear your toques to work; dance in place while grinning at no one . . .etc" they're useless. I wanted to buy shoes, but no one seemed interested in helping me, or in keeping the shoe area free of chaos and confusion. Happy to take my bizness elsewhere.

Super welcoming atmosphere, went in for a jacket and the staff helped me pick the right size and even offered some underlayers to try on to make sure it fit! Highly recommend for friendly customer service and an efficient shopping experience.

Most un welcoming shopping experience I’ve ever had. Three knobs they call staff standing in a line separating the entrance from the merchandise were rude. No customer service and only cause an awkward minute stuck in the doorway waiting for them to screw their heads on and get out of the way. We left immediately after my mom noticed the guy in the middle of the 3 wearing the grotto toque wouldn’t stop watching my 15 year old little sister as we shopped through the store. Super glad Patagonia was across the street as it had everything we needed for our family as well as great service.
