I rented a small storage unit here in 2021 for 2-4 months. There was a full time staff member who initially provided excellent service when securing a unit for me, but immediately after I paid and all the paperwork was completed, he showed his true colours. He was reactive, rude, and ultimately unhelpful over the course of the months of my rental. I quickly learned to avoid speaking to him & wait until another day when a different staff member was present. He made the whole experience stressful and difficult, to say the least. He apparently works at another Adam’s location & lives onsite there. I will be sure to avoid the locations he works at, or avoid Adam’s altogether, should I ever need a storage unit in the future. 2 stars because no pests/ clean building & the other staff members were helpful and friendly.

Barry was really friendly and gave great customer service and we managed to get a storage locker to put all of our stuff from the moving truck in there and we just moved from Duncan yesterday

So.. I rented a unit for my crap.. Didn't have room at my apartment and such. I left an old couch and a couple dining room chairs in my unit. I though nothing of it. One day I decide I might sell these items and stop renting my unit. I go to open the door of my unit.. and there's a guy in there, sitting on my couch eating what seemed like a ham sandwich. I later found out that his name was ADAM.. WEIRD.. I politely tell him to leave or else I will take legal action. He obliged and I went and purchased a surveillance camera and put it in my unit.. I got a motion detection notification from my unit at 4:56 AM, it was Adam. With yet another ham sandwich. I tried to talk to the building manager, they said he was a regular. Never renting again. Good riddance Adam.

I was searching for a unit or units for storing things from 1 studio apartment. I wanted to know which storage is best in victoria and I did some internet research. I was visiting adams and they didn't had the unit I was looking for. I'm ok with it. But I wanted to know the rates of different units they have and all the facilities they have. So that maybe in the future if I need a storage unit or if anyone who I know needs a unit I can suggest the store. But the staff an old guy was very rude and not co-operative at all. He tells me the one size that would fit my things and only it's rate. When I asked for the rate of a smaller unit he said " it's none of my business ". His reason for not telling me the rates of other units was that those units wouldn't fit my stuff. I mean if I'm a customer and if I need to know the information about a storage and it's facilities the staff has the responsibility to tell me about it. I may or may not rent it. But the staff should help and give the information to the customer. what kind of a rude staff would say it's " none of my business"? I asked him details about storage coz it's my business to know about it. I don't know what else is my business when I go to a storage to rent a unit. He complained to me that I'm asking too many questions. I ask questions coz I need to know who is the best and y I should pay this much money. The owner should hire better staff who actually knows the meaning of customer service. What kind of staff complain to a customer that he asks too much questions? Maybe the staff isn't good enough to answer any of my questions. So everyone, according to Adams storage if a customer wants to know the rates of different units and information about the facility - " it's none of their business."

Great customer service -- professional, friendly, efficient. Rented lockers on the 2nd floor -- huge elevator, wide aisles, good lighting. Facility is centrally located, clean and secure, with easy access through large loading dock. Special thanks to Wayne, who is always helpful and never misses a thing. :)

This rating is based on their current hours, which have been dramatically reduced due to "covid". To be clear, I do not think covid is a hoax or anything; it's definitely something we need to be acting on. I do not see though how being closed Sundays and reduced hours Monday to Saturday does anything to stop the spread... If anything, it creates a smaller window for people to visit, potentially resulting in a greater number of people there at once.
I find their regular hours to be pretty limited to start, but gave them a chance since I'd heard good things. This reduction in hours makes me want to relocate my stuff, only I cannot because I'm usually working while they are open. I feel like I'm paying a lot of money to not be able to access my stuff!

WOW! Great storage and great people, Adam is a gem and boy can he make you laugh!! The person beside me showed me a great recipe for vegan pizza! Incredible! Couldn't love this place enough❤️
