My Answer:
Heads up: this product has no duty to prescription so there’s also no cooperation needed from my side just carefully listening what the emergency is about from your side!
The problem with the situation is that you are making your own rules that do not comply with professional ethics.
The product is freely available on the market, so I don't need a prescription (it would have taken too long to get one in an emergency anyway), nor should you be able to arbitrarily refuse to sell it.
Incidentally, this is also the purpose of the preparation for my use, as it should be quickly accessible in an emergency, and no one else was interested in the details of its use. A qualified pharmacy knew the disease and also the procedures for it. As it was an emergency case, she also reacted in an exemplary manner. In your case, refusing help and arbitrarily deciding that a prescription is necessary is a failure to provide assistance. Don't worry, I won't do myself any harm. Unless I ask you for help again.
My Review:
Very disappointing. Unfriendly and incorporative.Refused to sell a free accessible product which was urgently needed in order to bridge a medication bottleneck. Very arbitrary. I then obtained the urgently needed preparat from a responsible and qualified pharmacy.
