I don’t recommend bringing your items in here. It seems quite scammy. When picking up your unsold items you are required to find them all yourself in the store. Also, when I went in to be paid out for my sold items they basically didn’t have a float to pay me out with, haha, so i just didn’t get paid my full amount. Kinda crazy

Cute shop and nice staff but the process for consigners is very tedious. Unlike other consignment stores I’ve consigned with they do not donate your clothes once they have been on the shelf for a set period of time. Rather you are required to go in by a certain date and go through the store stock and pull every item of yours that is left.
Depending on the amount you consigned/sold this can be very time consuming.
I would say time/effort plays a large factor in consigning here.
I will note the clerk (owner?) DID help me to try and find all my items. But as a busy mom of 2 it took much longer than I had hoped.

Wouldn’t even give this place one star. Horrible service. I went in with a double stroller and there is only stairs to get in. The owner saw me struggling with my two littles and just stood there watching. I was interested in bringing in some of my barely used kids name brand clothes, asked some questions about it and she was Extremely rude about it. Will never go back & make sure I tell anyone I talk to, to avoid at all costs. Save yourself a trip!

While organized and easy to navigate, the prices are too high. Often the items are priced higher than they are brand new (at sale price and all of these brands - gap/old navy/carters always have sales). Ie used carters shorts for 11.99 when you can get them for 7.99 any day of the week new with tags. The prices of the new rain gear are much more reasonable.

Nothing bad to say prices are very fair and items are all mostly name brand and in amazing condition, she talks to our LO every-time we come in and is the kindest and most helpful. Definitely recommend A-Z!

Went there the other day and the worker / owner just sat in the corner . No smile, seemed irritated when answering questions . Prices are ok but I imagine with the online selling sights doing well it must be putting a dent in the sales though . Won’t go back .

Staff are always friendly, quick and efficient getting your items/clothing onto the floor for selling. Great selection of clothes, shoes, toys, outdoor toys etc. After not being there for a year they still remembered me as one of their customers!❤️

I love this place! I've been shopping here for years! The owner is super friendly, very fast! She offers you a great price for your stuff. I dropped off a few bags the other day, she quickly went through it, I grabbed some more items, we used my account balance and I was out of there. As a busy working Mom I appreciate how easy it it so shop here! Thanks Heidi!!
