“Got some new tires for my truck here last week. 10/10 experience. They didn't have the size I wanted in stock, so instead of trying to sell me on a compromise, they found the tires in the size I wanted in one of their warehouses back east and said they could get them shipped to their location. Within 2 weeks, they had the tires and had me scheduled in to get them installed.
When I dropped my truck off, the advisor at the desk asked if I wanted a wheel alignment and I said to do it if it needs it. When I picked up my truck, I was told the alignment looked good and they didn't have to do anything else. I was expecting a charge for the "alignment check" which is pretty common at a lot of shops. When I looked at my invoice, I saw "no charge" next to alignment check. It's the little things like this that will keep me coming back to Kal for tires in the future.”

I recently got a screw in my tire and needed a repair. Every other tire shop in town closes at 5:00 and Trail tire was open until 5:30. Without an appointment they quickly assessed the situation and repaired the tire immediately.
The best part, they did it for an incredibly reasonable price!
I will definitely be purchasing my next set of tires here and support this business.”
“I recently found a screw in my tire, and since they were purchased a year ago from Kal Tire on Kal Lake Road, I choose to head back there to have it removed and get the tire repaired. The gals up front were so accommodating and friendly. They got me in right away and the repair took less than an hour. Also to my surprise, there was no charge as the tires were originally purchased here. Finally, the visit while I waited was great! Very appreciative!!!”
