This place used to be great - it is the closest liquor store to me and I used to come here multiple times/week. Ever since the new people took over at the beginning of 2023 everything has gone plummeted. Almost immediately they stopped carrying my regular liquor order gaslighting me saying the distributor doesn't supply it (even though they offered it before and it is still available everywhere else), they also don't supply my cigarettes anymore (Canadian Classic Original Kingsize). In addition they do not bother keeping their shelves and coolers stocked - there are huge gaps all over the place - and there are empty beer cans and pizza boxes littering their parking lot. This place is disgusting now. I would give 0 stars if I could. I switched back to Butcher Boys - it is a little farther away for me, but they actually care.

Staff is very friendly, but all I want is Bud light strawberry lemonade selter, and they never order it even though I've been asking for over a year.

I loved coming here. Unfortunately, I've noticed the big older new guy they hired recently does not like wearing his mask properly in the past. Today his mask was completely below his mouth the whole time I was in the store. Not sure what this guy respects or cares for, but it is not anyone going in or out of that building - patrons or coworkers.I'll be buying elsewhere for now.
