I always buy everyone’s birthday cakes and cakes for occasions and including my own bday cake here .. they always listen to what you want and try their best to follow instructions! The cakes are good! This cake made my day! I absolutely loved my cake! We also buy our fruit here every week. Just wish they would have puritan corned beef hash *hint* a weird delicacy where I’m from and can’t find it anywhere else but someone once told I could find it here but I didn’t ?! Good store, friendly staff!

I believe this is the oldest grocery chain in the Vernon area. Safeway has always had a well stocked fruit and vegetable, fresh fruit section and fresh baked in store, bread, and pastry items. Prescriptions, coffee bar, and fresh flowers for occasions.
