I rarely write reviews but after switching to Pivot Pharmacy in Vernon I have to let folks know that this is an excellent pharmacy. Professional, caring, proactive and understanding. With their 5.00 dispensing fee it saves a lot of money! Keep up the good work!

1st. Time going there. The pharmacists were ever so pleasant. Went through all our prescriptions & supplementals & advised what we could change & what to keep. Over all very happy with our experience

The family and were temporarily staying in Vernon while away from West Kelowna due to the fires. I was in need of a prescription on the Sunday and Josh was able to take care of everything. My prescription was transferred and the team at Pivot made it easy. Thank you!!!

I cannot say enough about a pharmacy that provides the service this one does. Their design of individual consult rooms is brilliant! No more standing at a counter where everyone can hear your concerns and questions. Further to this, they are a true Pharmacy..focusing on everything Pharmacy related. Excellent staff who are always very pleasant and helpful. I have had the opportunity for individual consults which were extremely helpful to understanding my medications and help with interpretation of laboratory results when I had questions. I have great confidence in this business.A particular recent incident demonstrates how caring and community minded this Pharmacy is. While I was in the waiting area an elderly woman came in requesting help .. she lives close by and was having trouble with her telephone so she brought in her portable phone and was requesting to purchase a battery as she thought this was the problem… one of the owners helped her… looked at the battery and tested it for her. He told her the battery was working fine and that she needed to have someone look at the phone to determine its’ viability. This demonstrated to me how community minded this Pharmavies business model is.They truly are a great asset to this community. Thank- you to every one who works at this Pharmacy! You are the BEST!
