Went in today and got some awesome chew items for my super chewer. Also got a great recommendation for a probiotic to help my one girl with terrible breath and some glucosamine for my old fellas hips. Super friendly staff. I would highly recommend this place for any pet owner.

What a great store and staff! Was visiting from out of town with our puppy and wanted to grab some frozen food once in town rather than keep it in the cooler for a long trip. Unfortunately being a different province they do not carry the same food. However the staff gave us some samples of a similar type for no charge so we weren’t committed to a food our dog may not eat. 10/10 service. Highly recommended.

Shayla (assistant manager) is the most beautiful and amazing human! She made me feel welcome right from the start and chatted like we were good pals! She genuinely seemed Interested about my dog & finding a something for him! Thank you for your help and your warm smile! ❤️❤️❤️

Was just in the store and the lady helped me with purchase for catnip ?, my cat is picky on the best of days . She suggested Kooky Kat Liquid Catnip . Large variety of raw foods for dogs, easy to find most items, and friendly service. Do wish they had more for other pets like hamsters, birds etc. But good store for your cats and dogs needs.

Great little location. Lovely employees who are always friendly. Love their charitable events. Their dog wash water pressure & soap dispensary could be improved upon but the blow dryer works well.

I love Pet Planet! Our family found a dog and he wasn't looking so good. We brought him to Pet Planet to give him a bath and clean him up and some treats while we were trying to find the owners. We told them the story and they kindly gave us his 30 minute bath for free as we had to cut burrs off him and such. I couldn't believe how kind they were!! We did find the puppers parents and he returned home tired but looking amazing! Thanks for the awesome customer service!!

A nicely laid out shop with a good selection of pet foods and other products, including winter snow boots for dogs. They also have a pet bathing area which you can book ahead to use.

Went on Saturday afternoon to use the dog wash. A appointment was required, which we had. Price was very good and they supplied everything except for a towel, but there is a air dryer. Our dog hates baths so he wasn't a big fan. We will be back, don't tell the dog.

always very friendly staff, and their self-wash station is my favourite in town as it is enclosed (so as not to disturb the rest of the store when using the dryer) AND they have a separate table for drying so I don't have to dry my dog in the wet tub. AND they have a scale that I can use to monitor my pup's weight on a semi-regular basis. 6 stars.
