Went into the store to ask for a quote for mirror which i was told would be few hours. Well 3 days passed no quote, called store and was told they were waiting for their supplier to get back to them. Never heard back after another week. Went to Morgan’s glass received quote and install date in 2 days…

I give Ken from ok glass a 0 star review. I called early September 2022. Ken told me 4 days in a row he would "call me back in the morn with a time he is heading out. No show all 4 day, not even a phone call I'll add I had to call him. Finally a week later he drove out there. Jammed it closed with paper towels, and told me he would call me when the parts he ordered came in. It's now been 6 weeks and no word. Not even a phone call... unprofessional

No Stars. We moved to Vernon recently and want to shop local so dropped in to this company for patio doors/windows. We were told we had to have their contractor come out to give an estimate....still waiting two weeks later! Waited a week and heard nothing - so I had to call. Called left message and no reply. Then I emailed and got a short message from Ken "contractor will call" [no name no phone number - nothing] - that was a week ago. Two weeks and nothing. We have contacted another window company (sadly not local - out of Kelowna) and they were here in a day, quoted back the same day and we have order $15,000 worth of patio doors and windows. Regretfully OG has no customer service and frankly appears not to care for our business. I would not recommend this company if you really want to get projects done! Completely unreliable.

- Always prompt, good service - reasonable prices. Try to help you right away with smaller jobs so you don't have to come back - ?.

Phoned for a service call said they would be there and they were a no show, phoned again and they said they would be there again a no show and no call . I will never try and do business with this company again.

Very impressed with the courteous service I received. I had a small piece of glass cut for a light and the new piece was cut to the wrong size due to my error. It was recut on the spot and I had a great chat with the friendly staff while it was done. Highly recommend!

Had them come over to fix a stuck window, and in the process of repair they broke my window handle. Worked with them to order more window handles, and have been waiting over the past month and a half!Part still hasn't arrived, and any communication has to be initiated by me. Very annoyed, and won't be using these guys again.

Had my windshield replaced here, they did an amazing job and even added a trim piece that was missing around the window. I was super happy with the way they do the work as if it were their own car.
