Its a pathetic store to be in. I work in Telecommunications industry and hence definitely have a very clear idea of customer service but I think people are definitely right about the image they have of bestbuy. The way the representatives are ignorant is just crazy. I am very happy taking my business somewhere else. I would never purchase something from bestbuy. The guy in there was just chatting freely with a friend when a customer is waiting for a purchase. I think its high time bestbuy evaluates its hiring process.

Very helpful and knowledgeable employees that were able to set up a new phone & plan.
I would like to give 5 stars but they don't have any seating for customers. I have mobility issues from a car accident and there is nowhere to sit. My foot is now swollen and I need to get an injection in it to bring down the swelling.
Management needs to immediately address this issue and puchase some chairs for the Vernon store.

Not at all helpful and very dismissive. It was straightforward, can you hook me up with a provider for my Samsung? The young fellow said he did not have the "tools". I went to their competitor Freedom, and they were happy to help, Dave at Freedom was very friendly and I was on my way in 10 - 15 min with the phone working.

Went in to change over our phone provider and Jordon was incredibly helpful and kind and guided us through the process and made it painless. He was patient, friendly, very transparent, and honest -and even found us a better deal than we originally came in! Honestly was the best customer service I've ever had in relation to anything cellphone related. 5/5 stars!!Additionally I observed the rest of the staff who were helping others were also very helpful to everyone in the store while we were there, seems like a great team!
