“Here, I was able to help a senior who was having difficulty with the ATM machine in depositing his check, therefore; I asked him if he needed help, and he replied yes. So, I helped him get out of the menu he was in, and walked and talked him through the steps he needed as I showed him and in the end I was able to deposit his $698.61 check into his account and never seen a happier smile ? which put a huge smile? on my face as he thanked me wishing me a Merry Christmas! ??⛄”

“Had a great experience with one of the bank tellers today. She helped me understand why a payment wasn’t taking out of my account. I went to the RBC on 27th street earlier then before I went and let me tell you the service compared to here is drastically huge. I was not about to go to the RBC at the mall after the treatment I got there today. You can find me review on them when you look them up in that location. I recommend coming to this one instead . You get treated like a human being unlike some other RBC banks around here.”

I was on hold for approximately 8mins but the representative I’ve talked to is very approachable and can answer my questions directory.
