We are on an out-of-province family vacation, stopped in Vernon for a couple of nights when our car started making some very unsettling noises. We found Altech Auto & the amazing reviews on Google, who just happened to be less than 1km away from our hotel. Phil answered his phone on holiday Monday & told us he would move some appointments around to get us in early Tuesday morning. We feared the worst but, after a test drive & quick diagnosis & repair,, we were set to continue on our road trip. Phil is a great guy, amazing customer service, knows his stuff! And he’s clearly a great member of his community. Thanks isn’t enough!! Phil is the hero of our holidays!

Phil is experienced and as proffessional as they come. He got me in and out quickly and did a complete inspection of my truck while taking care of the issue. He gave me an honest overview about what needed to be fixed and what could wait. If I need more work done that I cant do myself, I'm taking it back to Altech.

I can't thank Phil enough .We are on vacation , far away from home when our Van started to not run right . It is a special conversion on propane. Called Phil , right away he was very pleasant and receptive to my problem . He said he would phone me back to see if he could try and move his schedule to accommodate my emergency. Phil called back to say he could get me in that day . He fully diagnosed and fixed it the same day . Our Van is running as good as new .... Thanks so much Phil!!!Services: Engine repair

Phil was off the charts great to deal with. Living in Kelowna but wanting to purchase a used vehicle in Vernon, I randomly selected Altech Auto for a vehicle inspection, and boy, am I glad I did. Phil was informative, talked me through the process and advised me on options to consider. Phil was a tremendous help and his attention to detail was phenomenal. Sadly, we've only spoken over the phone, but his demeanour and general care for his customer was nothing short of outstanding. I would recommend Phil for any of your vehicle maintenance needs. Why?
