I ordered a sofa from this store, but after it was delivered, I realized it was too big for my space. I called to inquire about returning it and possibly exchanging it for another sofa of the same price. However, the salesperson rudely refused and shouted, “We are not playing those games,” before hanging up on me.
I urge you to think twice before purchasing anything from this store. I acknowledge that it was my mistake not to clarify all the details, but I believe such treatment of customers is unacceptable

They call it WOW, for a reason! We just had our two pieces of furniture delivered, and are over the moon! Amazing quality that has elevated our home in the most perfect way! The dining table and side board are exquisite, and have been so beautifully cared for. It’s obvious that Kristen and Richard appreciate fine quality and curate beautiful pieces. Thank you Kristen and Richard for being such lovely humans and for providing such wonderful service! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

One star because their furniture is great. But their owner is dismissive and judgemental. As soon as I entered she wanted me out of the store. Too bad she is so rude, and me being a real estate photographer. Guess I will be telling my clients to avoid them.I am thinking WOW stands for the reaction by everyone who has to deal with the worst multigenerational wealth in Vancouver has to offer.

Before the holiday season, I purchased a beautiful (and big) MCM Rosewood Credenza for my study. I live in a turn-of- the- century building and moving furniture proved to be a challenge. The owners delivered it for a minimal fee spent the time helping to get it in the elevator and into the room. The spaces were tight, and there were no complaints. It's a great shop if you are looking for that one special piece to make your home complete.

Had a great experience with these folks. They had a beautiful piece that I loved at a reasonable price. I wanted a small modification and they helped me locate the part, and worked out installation and delivery all within 48 hours! Amazing!
