The staff is not providing any service. I spent several hundred dollars and just needed help loading the items into my car. They don’t care whether you make a purchase; they only care if you inconvenience them.

I always have a great experience at this location, They have the best selection & the staff works really hard to keep everything organized and clean!! The prices are great, The underground parking is overpriced, but that has nothing to do with winners or HomeSense. If you do shopping at save on foods at the same time, they reimburse 3.50$ towards parking. I appreciate the manager and the staff, I bought a purse here last week; And they went above and beyond to me.

i used to like going to this store but the new layout makes it so much less enjoyable. I used to go in here to kill time (and usually bought something). Now I go in, hope they have what I am looking for and usually walk out with nothing. feels like a chore, I guess they probably re-arranged to lower thefts but the new layout is not appealing at all. Amazon it is ??♀️

Good location. You can find some good deals here. Their Homesense is good and having the Winners on the other side of the store works well. They do time to time have escatalor issues but other than that, its good good store. Its pay parking. The store just moved its counters to the top of the enterance which i think was a good move. Furniture is usually a good selection as well home decor compare to other locations.

Staffing issues as noted below. I wait about 20-30 minutes in line at the cashier no matter the time of day.
Good selection of items however, try to come on Tuesday afternoons as that is when they restock.

Lines snaking around the store and they only employ 2 cashiers. No hope of self checkout to remedy this problem, doesn’t want to pay staff but glad to take your money for massively overpriced items, many of which are broken/defective. Other Winners/Homesense don’t have a problem to this magnitude. Go to any other Winners/Homesense except this one
