literally the worst experience. costumer service is awful. they just randomly canceled my order out of no where I never got the heads up or a reason why and when I called there was no solution other then to try again

Their customer service is horrible. you cannot return an item that breaks down in the first month. They do not stand behind the product they sell. Buy from Amazon or another company that stands behind the products they sell.

Watch out when ordering online scam. There are lots of complains about the tactics they use. You will never get your order and they will blame it on delivery.

Went in here looking for roasting pans for a large turkey and they had multiple brands, styles, and price ranges. Ended up getting one here so we're happy with the selection of kitchen goods here.Lots of kitchen appliances, including coffee machines, ovens, etc.

Very disappointing customer service. After 3 e-mails and 2 phone calls, I got no help whatsoever with returning a gift for which I had the store’s gift receipt and shipping label. However, because the shipment arrived without an order # - Williams-Sonoma’s fault - it will not accept the return, so now I am stuck with keeping a gift I don’t want and won’t use.

I wish their customer service matched the quality of the products. They made me feel I was bothering them with my small purchase. And when I ordered online my item arrived a full week after they promised (it was an important purchase because we had just moved). Not a lot of fun shopping here.

Incredibly helpful staff & manager on a purchase I made but needed to return. The manager, Sam, was great to deal with. Beautiful store and staff that go out of the way.
