My fiance and i finally quit smoking cigarettes and needed something to replace it for the time being. We went to this shop, they were very knowledgeable, patient, helpful and showed us several options for what we were looking for to make sure we left happy. They didn't rush us into a purchase or try selling us the most expensive set up. They were all so very kind. We definitely will recommend them and continue to give them our business.

I went in to buy a specific device. Was pushed to buy a different model of the same device. I brought it home a didn’t like it immediately. Put it back in the case that it came with and wanted to exchange it for what I originally wanted to buy. They flat out refused to exchange it. No other options.My opinion on this simply; put a sign up in the store or even better get it written on the receipt that no exchanges or refunds are accepted

Akash was super helpful and friendly when I went in to get a can of butane. Then patiently explained the ins n outs of a specific vape I was interested in acquiring. Fer sure when I decide 2 get my 3rd vape I'll be tracking him down! And although I didn't really speak 2 his colleague I'm sure she's as helpful as Akash was with me.

These guys have a lovely shop with astounding customer service and knowledge!Earlier today I bought two disposable vapes, but there was a payment processing error on their end; while the payment showed up on my banking app, it did not show up in their system.Not only did they still give me the vapes in spite of not being able to see the payment in their system, when one of them turned out to be faulty I brought it back and they immediately replaced it!Very worth your business!

Just went there this evening and was greeted and helped by a very nice gentleman (Kiran?) pretty sure I spelled his name wrong. Anyways, super helpful, great selection. I definitely will be back and recommend to everyone.

Terrible experience. Sent my friend in to buy a grinder (the cheapest one) they came back with a $20 one. I called the store literally 5 MINUTES after the purchase to explain that I couldn’t afford a $20 grinder and would like to exchange for a much cheaper one ($4) and asked for the difference back because I literally cannot afford $20 right now. They refused to give me my money back even though I purchased it 5 MINUTES ago because it “messes up their system”. If you don’t have “system” that allows you to refund customers who purchased something then don’t have a business. Show some compassion. You know you could have refunded me no problem. I was happy to buy another grinder from you, I just could not afford a $20 one right now.
